If you crave for an adrenaline-pumping adventure and love nature, Cebu has something to offer for you. Canyoneering is a relatively new extreme sport in the country but it’s now gaining popularity in Badian, Cebu.
Aside from the breathtaking jumps, the natural scenic views in the river are also spectacular.

Helmets and life vests will be provided. There are also dry bags for rent. You may wear aqua shoes to be more comfortable while canyoneering.
The meeting place is in Matutinao Beach. They’ll arrange a motorcycle ride going to Alegria which is the starting point.
What we tried is the downstream (advisable for beginners) since the upstream requires double the effort.
From what I remember, there are around 11 jumps and the highest is around 25 feet.
